Stone laying ceremony to start construction of Cam Hung Solar Power Plant

On the morning of June 28, 2020, in Cam Hung commune, Cam Xuyen district, Ha Tinh province, a stone laying ceremony to start construction of Cam Hung solar power plant took place. In addition to V.Tech as the general contractor, there are representatives of the investor GA Solar Power Park Cam Xuyen, representatives of the People’s Committee of Cam Hung commune and representatives of subcontractors.

This is the second solar power EPC project of the Company, after the Khanh Hoa AMI project. Cam Hung Solar Power Plant plays an important role in using clean energy to produce electricity and brings great, long-term and sustainable benefits, not only contributing to self-assurance of power source balance for the area. but also contribute to the protection of the environment as well as the ecosystem.

When put into operation, the plant will contribute million kWh/year to the national electricity system. In addition, the plant also contributes to supplementing the shortage of electricity capacity in Ha Tinh province as well as in the whole country, creating more revenue for the provincial budget. The project will be completed in December 2020 and will connect to the national grid in January 2021.
