VTECH received a surprising reward for early completion of the construction and installation package of the 500kV Circuit-3 Transmission Line Project

On May 17, 2024, General Director of the National Power Transmission Corporation (EVNNPT) – Pham Le Phu just gave a surprising reward at the construction site to the joint venture of construction contractors Viet Technology Company Limited and FECON Joint Stock Company (VTECH-FECON), for having completed the bidding package early to meet project progress requirements before May 1, 2024 for 500kV Circuit-3 Transmission Line Project.

At the construction site, the General Director of EVNNPT awarded a Certificate of Merit and a bonus to the construction contractors that quickly completed the contract, the Joint Venture of Viet Technology Company Limited and FECON Joint Stock Company.

The project is invested by the National Power Transmission Corporation (EVNNPT) under Vietnam Electricity Group (EVN). The bidding package “Construction and installation of the line from VT423 to VT435 in Duc Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district, Nghe An province” is an important package of the project assigned to the Joint Venture Contractor VTECH-FECON for deployment of construction, installation and connection of a 500kV line with a route length of about 4,900m, 12 column foundation positions from VT424 to VT435.

At the construction site, EVNNPT leaders recognized and appreciated the contractors participating in the project for overcoming all difficulties, with the spirit of “only working, not backing down”, “overcoming the sun, overcoming the rain”; working “3 shifts with 4 crews”, constructing “24/7 closely supervising the construction site”, “through holidays, through Tet” with the highest determination, joining all workforces with the determination to complete the project in June, 2024.
