Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee inspected the construction progress of the 500KV circuit-3 transmission line project
Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee – Mr. Thai Thanh Quy proactively inspected the construction progress of the 500kV circuit-3 transmission line project, through Nam Dan, Nghi Loc and Yen Thanh districts in the province. This is an important measure to strengthen control over the progress and quality of the project, thereby ensuring stable electricity supply for the local socio-economic development needs in 2024 and the following years.
Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Mr. Thai Thanh Quy, came to inspect the location of pillar number 423 foundation in Duc Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district, constructed by the joint venture contractor VTECH – FECON.
The goal of this inspection is not only to evaluate the construction progress but also to ensure that all construction stages are carried out according to the correct process, strictly complying with technical and labor safety standards. In particular, ensuring construction safety and the construction environment is a top priority.
Package No. 42 “Construction and installation of line from VT423 to 435 in Duc Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district, Nghe An province” is an important package in the project assigned to the joint venture contractor Viet Technology Company Limited (VTECH) – FECON Joint Stock Company (FECON) implemented the construction, installation and connection of a 500kV line with a route length of about 4,900m, 12 column foundation positions from VT424 to VT435 (including: 3 positions of pile foundation, 8 slab foundation positions and 1 single foundation position). According to assessments to date, the construction progress is being carried out in accordance with the requirements of the proposed plan, this is also the commitment of the joint venture contractor VTECH – FECON to the investor and competent management units.
However, the Provincial Party Secretary also emphasized the need to maintain and strengthen continuous and scientific supervision and evaluation of construction work. This is to ensure that any problems that arise during construction will be detected and handled promptly, without affecting the progress and quality of the project.
In the coming time, Provincial Party Secretary Thai Thanh Quy also pledged to continue monitoring and urging the construction of the 500kV circuit-3 transmission line project, ensuring that the project will be completed on schedule and meet quality regulations, making an important contribution to the sustainable development of the whole province and region.
