Advise the Company’s Board of Directors on decisions related to the fields of Telecommunications, IT and SCADA
Research and master technical products and solutions in the fields of Electronics – Telecommunications and IT, specifically: optical and IP transmission systems, network security, Artificial Intelligence and Big Data.
Organize and direct surveys, research customer needs, develop consulting solutions/projects, establish investment projects, design technical solutions to meet customer/investor requirements, develop and be responsible for business plans related to ensuring financial efficiency, quality, and progress according to company regulations.
Responsible for managing, assigning, monitoring, and reporting on Telecommunications, IT and SCADA projects to ensure quality, progress, and cost goals according to approved business plans.
Responsible for developing standards and work processes in assigned fields

Graduated from IT, Electronics and Telecommunications.
Candidates with CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, MCSE, LINUX or equivalent certificates are an advantage
From 3-5 years of experience in a similar position or higher.
Participated in the implementation of large-scale network infrastructure and information technology projects.
Mastered network infrastructure architecture and network security.

Understanding of products and solutions currently on the market in the field of IT, Electronics and Telecommunications
Management, monitoring, reporting
Understanding requirements, providing optimal solutions
Communicating, presenting, persuading domestic and foreign customers and partners
Proficient in English (good reading and writing required, good listening and speaking is an advantage).
Priority is given to candidates who have worked for foreign manufacturers or companies in Vietnam.
