Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Site Manager to lead our construction projects. Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Project Planning: Developing comprehensive project execution plans in line with assigned deadlines.
• Resource Planning: Creating detailed plans for labor, machinery, assets, and material requirements to align with project schedules.
• Scheduling and Methodology: Establishing project timelines, outlining construction methodologies, and preparing all necessary project input documents.
• Quality and Safety Assurance: Planning and ensuring that project execution adheres to all quality and safety regulations set by the state and relevant stakeholders.
• Scope Control: Taking responsibility for controlling the scope of work within the contractual agreements.
• Subcontractor Payments: Preparing and approving payment documentation for subcontractors and work teams on the project.
• Other Duties: Performing additional tasks as assigned by company leadership.

Job Requirements

Qualifications for Site Manager

To be considered for the Site Manager position, candidates should possess the following:

Education/Expertise

• A Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Site Manager on various projects.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proven skills in managing work and personnel.
• Highly responsible, proactive, enthusiastic, and honest work ethic.
• Proficient in both conversational and technical English.
