Quantify project components and cost estimate
Prepare quality and quantity records for project scopes
Monitor project progress based on approved quality documentation of the bidding package
Clarify and review Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for each scope
Prepare payment documents and settlement quantity with investors and subcontractors according to contract terms
Coordinate with the site management board and relevant departments to resolve issues related to the completion of progress payment and final settlement
Implement, manage quality records (checklists, acceptance records, etc.) in line with the construction schedule
Perform other tasks as assigned by management

A degree in Russian language or demonstrated fluency in Russian.
Prior experience interpreting for projects is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel.
Ability to work with and prepare documents in Russian.
Strong computer literacy in office software.
Good health, able to handle work pressure, and a strong sense of responsibility.
