Job Description

 

  • Handling Legal Documents: You’ll be responsible for receiving and organizing all legal documents pertinent to the project.
  • Managing Economic Contracts: This includes receiving and tracking all economic contracts related to the project.
  • Payment and Delivery Monitoring: You’ll monitor payment schedules and delivery timelines to ensure the timely supply of goods for the project.
  • Tracking Outgoing Contract Payments: This involves keeping tabs on the progress of outgoing contract payments and assisting in gathering necessary documentation for settlement.
  • Central Point for Advance Payments and Settlements: You’ll act as the primary contact for all matters concerning advance payments and settlements for projects.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: You’ll work closely with various departments to ensure seamless execution of project-related tasks.
  • Procurement Updates: Regularly update the purchasing department on the status of goods and supplies.
  • Accounting Interaction: Liaise with the accounting department regarding advance payments and disbursements to subcontractors, ensuring project timelines are met.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, International Business, or a related field.
  • Preference will be given to graduates from universities such as Foreign Trade University, National Economics University, Thuong Mai University, or University of Transport and Communications.
  • Proficiency in English or Russian (all four skills) is essential.
  • Ability to work with and prepare documents in English.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent planning abilities.
  • Proficiency in document management and control.
  • Strong computer literacy in office software.
  • Good health, able to handle work pressure, and adaptable to various tasks.
