Job Description
- The Head of Legal Department needs to:
- Perform legal work in the following areas: real estate, land, construction projects, and project investment preparation.
- Carry out necessary legal procedures to complete investment and construction procedures.
- Coordinate with consulting firms to obtain planning approvals, planning adjustments, basic design appraisals, construction drawing design appraisals, and construction permit applications.
- Work with partners, competent authorities, and consulting firms to finalize the legal aspects of real estate investment and construction projects.
- Advise, advise, and guide the quick and proper resolution of legal issues arising in the real estate sector and related ancillary businesses, protecting the company’s rights.
- Resolve disputes arising from the company’s operations and directly participate in litigation to protect the company’s legitimate rights.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for receiving contracts, legal documents, and other materials requiring legal input; directly conducting assessments, revisions, and verifications of implementation.
- Evaluating and verifying contracts, documents, and official letters, and assisting in the issuance and use of the Company’s legal documents to ensure their legality.

- Updating, compiling, and introducing newly issued legal documents relevant to the Company’s business operations.
- Advising on tax issues, investment projects, and financial obligations related to land.
- Directly or indirectly researching, updating, and providing legal documents related to the Company’s real estate investment activities.
- Completing dossiers and procedures for sending workers abroad. Handling issues related to workers employed abroad.
- Directly developing plans, procedures, and regulations related to legal activities;
- Advising the chairman on the implementation of legal procedures related to investment and construction.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent
- In-depth knowledge of corporate law, construction law, real estate law, investment law, civil law, tax law, etc.
- Experience in promoting investment projects, resolving complaints and lawsuits related to real estate and construction.
- Minimum 5 years of legal experience in finance, economics, real estate, and construction, including at least 2 years in a management position.
- Possess a lawyer’s license.
- English: fluent in communication
