Perform general accounting and tax duties: bookkeeping, reports, documents, and invoices.
Monitor internal expenses, taxes, and financial reports.
Prepare and review VAT, corporate income tax, and personal income tax; tax settlement for the fiscal year
Work with tax authorities, auditors, and banks.
Propose and monitor accounting and internal control processes, ensuring financial transparency.
Prepare reports and fulfill other requests from the Department Head and Board of Directors.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, auditing, or finance. Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
Strong accounting skills, ability to synthesize information, and thorough understanding of accounting regulations.
Proficient in MISA accounting software.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Requirements: Honest, enthusiastic, discreet, quick-witted, energetic, in good health, and committed to long-term employment.
