Supervise on-site construction in strict adherence to design specifications, technical standards, and project timelines.
Coordinate with contractors and construction teams to ensure efficient project execution.
Participate in the preparation and finalization of internal acceptance documents, as well as acceptance with supervision consultants and project owners.
Report on project progress and quality, and address any issues arising at the construction site.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Management.

A construction engineer degree or degree in a relevant field such as Construction, Civil and Industrial Construction, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
A strong understanding of construction processes, technical standards, and the ability to interpret blueprints.
Supervisory skills: Demonstrated ability to oversee and manage construction activities effectively.
Analytical and reporting skills: Capable of synthesizing information and preparing clear, concise reports.
Proficiency in cost estimation software is a plus.
