Deputy Director:
Represents BOD in working with government authorities, partners, investors, subcontractors, and supervisory consultants within the scope of assigned work.
Organizes and plans projects assigned by the Board of Directors.
Monitors and updates project status accurately and promptly.
Checks project legal documents and related issues within the scope of responsibility.
Develops the operation and monitoring system for projects according to the company’s strategy.
Inspects and controls the quality, progress, safety, and budget of projects.
Coordinates bidding and contract negotiation.
Manages the department’s personnel: Trains, guides, and develops skills for the staff; coordinates with other departments in the company to ensure project progress and quality.
Handles all issues arising during project construction and warranty. Regularly update stakeholders on project progress and status.

Possess one of the following certificates: Construction Supervision Certificate for Civil and Industrial Works, Class I;
Construction Investment Project Management Certificate for Civil and Industrial Works, Class I; or Construction Equipment
Installation Supervision Certificate, Class I.
Have at least 7 years of experience in a similar position.
Strong organizational, leadership, orientation, and problem-solving skills.
Persuasion and negotiation skills.
Decision-making: quick and accurate.
Foreign languages: Conversational English, specialized English.
Graduated from universities specializing in Civil and Industrial Construction, Construction Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc.
Good health, ability to withstand work pressure, and a strong sense of responsibility; able to travel for extended periods to project sites.
