Tender specialist:
Advising the Department Head on Bidding Projects and related bidding matters.
Evaluating bidding documents, including:
Reading and understanding the bidding documents, grasping the prerequisites of the bidding documents, creating a checklist for bids according to the requirements of the bidding documents, referencing each sub-item and page specified in the bidding documents.
Evaluating the contractor’s capacity and experience.
Evaluating solutions and selecting the technical solution for the bidding package.
Evaluating the feasibility of participating in the bidding package (preparing a feasibility study).
Preparing bidding documents.
Other tasks of the Department (if any).

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Construction, or International Trade from universities such as: Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Hanoi University of Civil Engineering, Hanoi University of Economics, Hanoi University of Foreign Trade, Hanoi University of Industry and so on.
Proficient in using new public procurement bidding software.
Thorough understanding of the Law on Bidding and the Law on Commerce.
Experience in new public procurement bidding.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
English – Proficient in four skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
Honest, enthusiastic, discreet, quick-witted, in good health, and committed to long-term employment.
