Professional knowledge: Understanding technical standards and construction processes of steel, formwork, concrete. Master how to read structural drawings, implementing construction methods and clarifying quantities.
Foreign language: English communication.
Supervision and management skills.
Synthesizing and reporting skills.
Communication, problem solving, effective teamwork and effective work organization skills;
Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in working directly at construction sites, priority given to those who have worked as team leaders or commander and have worked on solar power plant projects.
Ability to work under pressure, adapt to work
